Freight
Normally, a package in a letterbox takes 1-5 days, but it can take up to 1 week before you have the goods. If something is urgent, write us an email and we will see how it can be resolved. We have free shipping for orders over NOK 500, and offer several shipping/delivery options:
• Package in the postbox, 1-3 working days delivery time, costs NOK 49. Orders over NOK 500 have free shipping! Smaller items are delivered directly to your mailbox by the postman. For larger parcels (or if your mailbox is full) you will receive a collection slip for collection at your local post office. It is very important that you collect within the deadline, otherwise return Posten unclaimed packages to us after 14 days , and you will be charged/subsequently invoiced with a return fee of NOK 99 (includes dispatch by Posten, return shipping and dispatch by us). You must therefore collect your item even if you wish to return it.
• Bring Express same day home delivery, price on request.
• Posten's package to the collection point with tracking with 1-5 working days delivery time, price on request.
Delivery time
The delivery time is 1-5 working days with Posten, regardless of where in the country you live. Orders received in the online shop by 12.00, all weekdays, we manage to send to you the same day.
Items we are waiting for from the supplier when your order arrives normally have a delivery time of around 5-14 working days. We will then send your entire order together immediately upon arrival from the supplier. If you want partial delivery, we will immediately send the goods that are in stock, and send the remaining goods(s) on arrival from the supplier, without you having to pay extra shipping. During holidays and public holidays, the delivery time may be 2-3 days longer.
Shipment
It is your responsibility to ensure that the address you provide when ordering is correct and that the mobile number is correct. If you order "home at the door" and Posten cannot deliver the package, the shipment will be returned to your post office.
If the item is damaged on delivery, you must notify us of this as soon as possible. Use e-mail and describe the damage carefully: hei@strompe.no
